Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: --- 36 months of role experience is required. --- Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application. --- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. --- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Establish IV on patients over 8 years old and practice 5 rights for made action administration for all patients. Participate in the time-out process with OR RN. Required Education: ASN Preferred Education: -BSN Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations. Maximum days off: 7 days Proof of identification required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
