Attachment StationResponsible for preparing vouchers, duties include: selecting, printing, reports and EOR's based upon client specifications.Responsible for printing and attaching the correct EOR to the corresponding check.Responsible for accurately batching checks for mailing.Prepare the D40 supporting documentationResearching various sources to locate missing EOR's.Performs other duties as assigned. Reporting StationResponsible for the selection of checks for preliminary account creation and distribution of reports per client specifications and post funds when needed.Responsible for the creation and distribution of check registers per client specifications.Responsible for preparing overnight packages and maintaining necessary documentation.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
