PT Book Keeper - Property Management Company -\nLocal company is looking for a -Book Keeper to join their team! This person needs to be highly motivated and be able to work with a computer and complete basic bookkeeping duties.\nEssential Functions:\n

• Match purchase orders with invoices\n
• Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management\n
• Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts\n
• Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances\n\nQualifications\n

  • Ability to work independently -\n
  • Strong Excel skills\n
  • Proficient with Quick books\n
  • Experience with Appfolio a plus -\n
  • Excellent financial analysis abilities and proven fiscal management\n
