AMS Office Coordinator

The AMS Office Coordinator performs general routine clerical duties
applying established office systems or procedures for the
Anticoagulation Management Services department. The AMS Office
Coordinator is responsible for data management and must be highly
proficient in Excel. The AMS Office Coordinator can assist in
scheduling staff and time off requests as determined by the AMS
Patient Care Manager. The AMS Office Coordinator manages meeting
agendas and minutes as needed as well as assisting AMS assistants
on phones as needed.
Associates Degree Preferred but work experience can substitute.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Customer service and
- Answers and operates a multi-line telephone. Listens to and
evaluates needs of callers, then handles appropriately.

staff, as appropriately delegated.
