Job Description:
Christie Clinic is seeking a third Otolaryngologist to join
their team at their Bloomington, IL location. Christie Clinic is a
physician-owned, physician-led, multi-specialty group. They are
seeking providers who desire an autonomous environment offering
leadership, and team collaboration, and to be instrumental in the
direction of the group. The ideal candidate will possess the
following: Board Certified/Eligible in ENT Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills Ability to build rapport with
patients who have complex issues Passionate about patient care
Dedicated to building departmental harmony Details of Position:
Strictly outpatient schedule: M-F Patient mix: 70 Adults/ 30 Peds
Physicians cover their own patient call EPIC EMR Compensation
Package: 2 Year Base Income Guarantee of $527k- $650k, plus
additional generous productivity and ancillary incentives 24 Month
partnership track Sign-on Bonus of 100K Relocation allowance up to
10K 4 Weeks’ vacation 1 Week CME Full Benefit package, 401(k),
profit sharing and tail coverage Bloomington-Normal is in the heart

155 miles northeast of St. Louis, and sixty-four miles northeast of
