Position: Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Behavior
Technician (BT) Responsibilities Direct Support: Implement
individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of
a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Data Collection:
Accurately collect and record data on student progress and
behavior. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members,
including teachers and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to
student support. Communication: Engage with students and their
families to provide updates and insights on progress. Training:
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to
enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis. Qualifications
For RBT: Must have a current RBT certification. For BT: Experience
in behavior support or related fields is preferred. Education: High
school diploma required; college coursework in psychology,
education, or related fields is a plus. Skills: Strong
communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students
succeed. Work Schedule Flexible hours, including evenings and
