Job Description:

are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Analyst who will play a
pivotal role in enhancing our engineering operations by performing
high-level analysis and suggesting innovative solutions. This
position is crucial for optimizing our infrastructure to not only
meet current energy demands but also innovate towards renewable and
efficient future capabilities. Conduct detailed data analysis on
energy consumption, production patterns and system efficiency to
inform operational improvements and project developments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement robust
analytical tools and models to drive process enhancements. Develop
strategic assessments for energy system expansions and upgrades,
focusing on scalability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management
to aid strategic decision-making. Serve as a technical leader and
resource in cross-disciplinary project teams tasked with new
initiatives or problem-solving scenarios. Assist in setting annual
objectives for the engineering department, ensuring alignment with
corporate goals for sustainability and growth. Monitor latest
industry trends and technologies in energy production and
management, proposing their adoption where beneficial. Advanced
proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R) and/or
engineering simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD). Strong
analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and collaboration abilities. Proven capability to
manage large datasets and perform complex quantitative analysis.
Knowledge of energy systems, including traditional and renewable
energy technologies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certification in Project Management (PMP), Certified
Energy Manager (CEM), or relevant specialized certifications
preferred.
