Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking a Mgr
Maintenance to oversee our engineering, maintenance, and asset
management operations. This key position is responsible for
ensuring the operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance of
our energy assets. By leading a skilled team, the successful
candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our
infrastructure to meet the energy needs of our diverse clientele
securely and sustainably. Lead and oversee the daily operations of
the maintenance department. Develop and execute maintenance
strategies that improve reliability and efficiency. Manage
budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation effectively. Ensure
compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and
environmental standards. Collaborate with other departments to
align maintenance activities with overall business objectives.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational
effectiveness. Manage, train, and mentor maintenance staff,
fostering a team-oriented environment. Proven ability in
maintenance management and team leadership. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in using maintenance management software.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred. Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
