We have been experiencing and will continue to experience rapid growth across all our service divisions. We have field operations in 20 states and multiple cities.
Pay and Benefits:

$60,000 Salary
Blue Cross Blue Shield Major Medical Health InsuranceCompany car with gas card provided.This position will be based in the Champaign, IL area. Region consists of Illinois, Indianapolis, and St. Louis.The successful candidate for this position shall have the qualifications and experience as follows:

• MUST be a hands-on manager and physically capable of performing job duties, a strong ability to lead, and have the proven skills to positively motivate & develop key personnel. On feet for most of the workday.
  • MUST have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a strong work ethic. Will be communicating with staff members and customers regularly.
    • MUST be willing to travel often to visit multiple sites within the assigned region. Minimal weekend travel (could happen occasionally). Unable to predict the frequency of travel, but anticipate more at first, and less over time as your develop strong teams at each of your sites.
      • Must be able to jump into whatever is needed. We are looking for a talented, energetic, hardworking and friendly individual with a "can-do" positive attitude.
        • Working duties include cleaning alongside direct labor team members, scheduling, hiring, and training. Provide shift coverage when needed. Assist with new site start-ups. Ensure customer satisfaction.
