Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DODuties & ResponsibilitiesLevel I:
- Complete account opening/closing procedures.
- Assist Wealth Advisory Personnel in the client onboarding
process.
- Ensure client access to online wealth management programs;
providing on-going service support to the client.
- Review and send client documents & notifications on
accounts
- Perform ongoing account maintenance & updates.
- Assist Compliance department with meeting necessary
standards.
- Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in
trust accounts.
- Maintain assets in safekeeping vault & integrity of client
vault files.
- Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates
on processes, procedures, and systems.Level II:
- Complete tasks outlined within Level I duties - autonomously
and by using skilled decision making authority
- Additional duties to include:
- Conduct & create frontline training for Wealth Advisory
associates on processes, procedures, and systems.
- Assist in the dual control audit procedures to verify team
work
- Act as subject matter expert/team resourceWHAT YOU'LL
BRINGKnowledge of:
- Strong client services skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Accounting and data processing systems, procedures and
controlsAbility to:
- Communicate clearly with all team members
- Prioritize multiple tasks and requests
- Perform well under time pressures
- Coordinate with multiple teams and departmentsEDUCATION &
TRAINING Level I
- High School diploma and/or up to 1 year of related work
experience - required
- Related experience to include a focus within: operations,
banking, or trust administration
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft OfficeLevel II
- Associate's degree and/or 2+ years related work experience -
preferred
