Job description: The Manufacturing Manager, reporting to the
company President, is the leader of the production and operational
excellence teams. This position is specifically responsible for
directly managing the manufacturing team consisting of 200+
employees, ensuring support and resources are available, and
coordinating and directing efforts to achieve a high-performance
manufacturing facility.The senior-level manager will lead the team
dedicated to excellence through safe working practices, process and
product quality, on-time delivery, and plant productivity.To
perform this job successfully, a successful candidate will lead the
manufacturing organization to excellence in safety, quality,
efficiency, and customer service. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
in Business Management or Engineering 10 years of manufacturing
leadership experience Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
preferred. ERP experience, SAP preferred and Microsoft Office Suite
and Internet Software. Occasional travel, up to 10% including
