CJ Logistics AmericaWe provide integrated supply chain services for customers around the world, maximizing customer value through continuous improvement and innovation.CJ Logistics America is looking for a -Multi-Site Inventory & Quality Control Manager that will support inventory and quality for several locations -in the U.S. -Position Overview:Accountable for managing analysts, inventory control specialists, and quality specialists and -spend majority of time working with the operations teams -to improve efficiency in order to meet -production and quality goals.Plan and Monitor Most Efficient and Effective Logistics Center(s) -

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Leader to set overall operational capacity plan for logistics
• center - including production plans, staffing plans, stretch goals, schedules, and MHE allocations
• Act as liaison with engineering; manage execution of zoning, layout, and pick-lines
• Utilize data and forecasts to identify opportunities for change; evaluate adherence to leading practicesManage Inventory Control, Quality and Operations Efficiencies -
  • Ensure compliance and improvement of all Inventory Control and Quality Management practices
  • across the network
  • Establish and manage food safety, sanitation, and regulatory programs
  • Manage the execution and communication of all audits, inspections, customer-specific requirements and policy deviations
  • Ensure the team is reinforcing compliance to quality practices through sustained adherence to management reviews, audits, documentation, and CAPAs
  • Support management reviews, quality continuous improvement, and quality planning as part of overall customer network goals
  • Analyze and manage labor expense, including performance data -Manage the Operations Optimization team across the network -
    • Ensure analysts and specialists are delivering results for the customer
    • Connect Operations Optimization team members to CJ Logistics and Customer's business objectives
    • Conduct regular team meetings
    • Hold employees accountable for performance -Drive a Culture of Continual Improvement -
      • Drive continuous improvement mindset and activity to achieve customer business objectives
      • Evaluate Leading Practices for improvement, including network-wide recommendations
      • Execute One-CJ Logistics America visual management
      • Management Continuous Improvement ProgramQualifications:Required
        • Bachelor's degree
        • Direct WMS experience. Low Bow or Rebus experience
        • 3-5 years of operations management experience with a focus on inventory control
        • Business acumen and analytical expertise
        • Highly developed skills in leadership, communication and cross functional teamwork
        • Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment
        • Ability to travel to as necessaryPreferred
          • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or Red Prairie WMS is a plus
          • Experience managing team members remotely
          • Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
