StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;24;On Call Pay Rate: $250.00 - 262.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic 8 am - 5 pm and 24-hour call 5-6 shifts per month
• Job Setting: Hospital and Clinic
• Types of Cases: general urology
• Credentialing Timeframe: less than 30 days
• Must be board certified
• Must have an active Illinois license or an active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC)
