                    • Responsible for screening residents
                      
                      
                      • 
                        
                      • Completion of all necessary documentation
                        
                        
                        • 
                          
                        • Scheduling of residents on caseload in addition to all required in-services and meetings
                          
                        • - Other duties as assigned by the Regional Director

                          REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:
                          
                          General understanding of physical therapy and medical terminology.
                          Strong patient care skills.

                          LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
                          -
                          Licensed in discipline or willing to obtain in state applying
                          BLS
                          Education: Associates degree in therapy from an accredited school
