Applications for the Carle Nurse Residency Program (CNRP) will be considered for -all new grad opportunities,

including Inpatient (Med/Surg, Critical Care, ED, Maternal/Child), Ambulatory (clinic), -and Procedural -tracks. - To complete your application, you are required to submit the following documents:

Two clinical -instructor references -a separate e-mail will be sent to you requesting references from your -two most recent clinical -instructors only. - The staff RN is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the utilization of the nursing process, nursing trends, technology, financial and human resources within the philosophy of the institution. The Carle Nurse Residency Program (CNRP) -is an evidence-based, comprehensive soution to assist new nurses in transitioning from academia to practice. -
