Overview:*****$15,000 Sign On Bonus Opportunity******Responsible for delegation, supervision, and provision of nursing care for a designated group of patients through utilization of the nursing process. Provides age appropriate patient care. Participates in research when appropriate and incorporates research findings into clinical practice.Qualifications:Licensure/Certification/Registry:- Current RN license in the State of Illinois required.- Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.- ACLS Provider or Instructor certification required within one year of hire date.Education Requirements:- BSN preferred, but not required.Responsibilities:Performs age appropriate assessments.Analyzes data to identify nursing problems.Provides direct patient care, develops individualized plan of care in partnership with patients & families.
