Our School-Based Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Provider to join our dynamic team. As a School-Based Health Provider, you will play a crucial role in promoting health care and wellness to the students, staff, and family members at one of our School-Based Health Clinics. This position involves collaborating with school staff, participating in promotional activities, and supporting day to day clinic operations.Multiple Positions Available!Make a difference in the lives of vulnerable patients! Promise Healthcare is a community health center in Champaign, Illinois. Promise is seeking an experienced (2 years minimum) Advanced Practice Clinician to provide care across the lifespan. Have MSN or higher degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible for license in Illinois.
