Job Description:

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist for locum vacation coverage at a well-supported facility in Illinois to begin as soon as July 2025 . This opportunity offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings, with flexible scheduling and strong support staff.
Highlights:

• $3500 daily, $600 pager
  • 1.5x OT, 437.50/hr for call back
  • Call is completely remote
  • Key dates needed: June - December
    Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
    • Monday-Thursday Night Call (15-minute response time, no onsite requirement for weekends) Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient in Peoria, IL Support Staff: 2 RNs, 5 Radiation Therapists, 1 Dosimetrist, 1 Physicist, 1 Physician Charting: EPIC Cases and Procedures:
      • 3D Treatment, IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)/SRS treatments
      • Simulations, Consults, Follow-ups, OTVs
      • No brachytherapy
        Patient Volume: 35-50 per day (Adults) Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days State License Required: Illinois
