Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Experience: Minimum 18 months required. License: Must have state license in hand or have started the licensing process. Certifications: National Certifications Required - ARRT(R), ACLS; BLS Required. Must-Have: Strong experience with electrophysiology, intervention, and performing STEMI. Ability to work 10 shifts per month with weekend call included. Willingness to work at least one winter holiday. Experience with IR procedures, including stents, angioplasty, thoracentesis, and hemodynamic monitoring. Electrophysiology procedure experience, including insertion/programming of AICDs and pacemaker insertion. Description: This position involves working as a Cath Lab Tech in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have strong experience in electrophysiology, intervention, and performing STEMI. You will have call requirements of about 10 shifts per month, including weekends. A commitment to working at least one winter holiday is necessary. The Cath Lab Tech will perform various procedures, including stents and angioplasty. Experience in hemodynamic monitoring and thoracentesis is required. Preferred experience includes ablations and both upper and lower extremity peripheral procedures. Candidates should also have experience with electrophysiology evaluations and monitoring. Floating between departments may be required. A background check will be performed prior to the offer.
