Job Description:
With a built-in referral base, a months-long waitlist for new
patients, and a collaborative surgical team, you’ll step into a
turnkey opportunity with room to shape your career. Whether you’re
a newer graduate or early-career physician, this position offers
stability, earning potential, and a quality Midwest lifestyle.
You’ll join a department of 6 board-certified ENT physicians, 4
PAs, and 6 Audiologists Clinic features 16 exam rooms and is
directly connected to a surgery center APPs run their own clinics
and handle weekday call Anticipated OR time 1–2 days per week, with
flexible clinic scheduling Average clinic volumes of 12–15 patients
per half-day at 15–20 minute intervals Call is approximately 1 in 6
weeks (weekend or night), with no facial trauma obligations Strong
surgical support and collaborative workflow Base salary between
$500K–$550K with potential to earn $700K for high-volume physicians
