Job Description:
Join a high-volume, well-supported ENT practice designed for
growth and efficiency. With a built-in referral base, a months-long
waitlist for new patients, and a collaborative surgical team,
you’ll step into a turnkey opportunity with room to shape your
career. Whether you’re a newer graduate or early-career physician,
this position offers stability, earning potential, and a quality
Midwest lifestyle. Practice Overview - You’ll join a department of
6 board-certified ENT physicians, 4 PAs, and 6 Audiologists -
General ENT focus only, subspecialists not needed at this time -
Clinic features 16 exam rooms and is directly connected to a
surgery center - APPs run their own clinics and handle weekday call
Schedule - Anticipated OR time 1–2 days per week, with flexible
clinic scheduling - Average clinic volumes of 12–15 patients per
half-day at 15–20 minute intervals - Call is approximately 1 in 6
weeks (weekend or night), with no facial trauma obligations -
Strong surgical support and collaborative workflow Compensation &
Benefits - Base salary between $500K–$550K with potential to earn
$700K for high-volume physicians - Teaching and research
opportunities available - Full benefits package including
retirement, health, malpractice, and CME - Relocation assistance
and paid time off included Candidate Requirements - Board-certified
or board-eligible in Otolaryngology - Ideal for newer graduates or
early-career physicians - Not seeking fellowship-trained
subspecialists at this time - Must be comfortable with general ENT
