Schedule split: H ospital /clinic and dialysis unit. Interventional

Compensation includes Base Salary Quality Bonus Sign-on Bonus

Degree: MD, DO. Certifications: IM/Nephrology BC/BE Ability to
obtain an unrestricted Illinois State Medical License and DEA Open
to new grads and experienced physicians. All visas accepted except
