Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Springfield, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,776 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required. License: Must have an active state license in hand to apply. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required. Must-Have: - Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience required. - Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure experience: - Circulate Procedures - Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult - Left heart catheterization - Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring - Right heart catheterization - Required medication experience: Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring. - Required professional skills/experience: - Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias - Monitoring Procedural Sedation - Cerner experience required. Description: Position is for a Cath Lab Registered Nurse. The shift is 3x12 days from 06:30 to 19:00. The average daily census is 25 patients. The unit has 5 rooms. Weekend coverage is required for 2-3 weekends per contract. On-call duty is required as needed. Floating within the scope will be necessary to meet facility needs. Candidates should ideally have no more than 5 days of requested time off. The client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without paying for the canceled hours. If candidates are placed on-call instead of being called off, it will count as a called-off shift. Candidates must comply with all facility policies and attendance requirements. All candidates must possess the skills necessary for the required cardiac procedures and medication administration. Floating is required for all travelers within the facility or to nearby affiliate locations. All candidates must be prepared to manage and respond to the needs of the unit effectively. Charting is done using Cerner. Candidates will work primarily with adult and geriatric patients. It is essential to maintain professional standards and provide quality patient care throughout the assignment.
