ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft
Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Springfield, Illinois,
62702! The Med-Surg RN is responsible for providing direct and
individualized nursing care to patients on a general medical and
surgical unit. Duties include assessment, planning, implementation,
and evaluation of patient care. The RN ensures safe clinical
practices, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and educates
patients and families regarding conditions, treatment plans, and
