Job Description Join an established cardiology practice that includes Heart Failure, Electrophysiology, Interventional, Invasive, and Non-Invasive Cardiology specialists Each physician has a dedicated RN and MOA and there are 12 Advanced Practice Providers that support the practice Assess, diagnosis and treat cardiac disease states in both an inpatient and outpatient setting Valve Clinic and TAVR program Inpatient management at 3 Hospital campuses and outpatient Clinic responsibilities at eight clinic sites in the Central Illinois Region Nuclear stress tests at all three hospitals Call schedule requirement: 1 in 7 rotating weeknight call in the Hospital; weekend call is 7 am Friday to 7 am Monday on a 1 in 7 rotation Average of 20 patients/day in the hospital Collaborate with the Hospitalist team, other specialists, and cardiology colleagues for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public school districts Join a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
