Assist physical therapists in the preparation and execution of treatment plans. Record patient responses and progress, and report the details to the supervising therapist. Help patients with exercises and physical activities according to treatment plans. Maintain equipment and treatment areas. Educate patients and families about treatments, recovery techniques, and long-term outcomes. Participate in operational aspects of the department, including documentation and patient scheduling. Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands such as moving patients or equipment. Proficiency in using healthcare software for documentation. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license. CPR certification.
