Job Description:

Lifeteam is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flight Paramedic to join our dynamic team of emergency medical professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical care and medical support to patients during air and ground transport. Our mission is to ensure rapid, effective, and compassionate medical intervention during critical moments. As a Flight Paramedic with Lifeteam, you will work aboard state-of-the-art aircraft and ambulances, equipped with the latest medical technology, to stabilize and treat patients in transit, ensuring they receive the best possible care until they reach a medical facility. Provide advanced emergency medical care to patients while in-flight or during ground transport. Assess patient condition and implement pre-hospital emergency care in accordance with established guidelines. Operate and maintain all medical equipment and supplies effectively. Coordinate with other emergency personnel to stabilize patients and implement timely medical interventions. Document medical care and observations thoroughly. Participate in pre-flight and post-flight briefings and ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient in the use of emergency medical technologies and equipment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification State Paramedic License BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C) preferred
