Job Description:
Carle Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational
Therapist to join our dedicated team in advancing our mission of

breakthrough research. In this role, you will assess, plan,
organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that help
restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as
general independence, to disabled persons. Evaluate patients'
condition and needs to create an effective treatment plan.
Implement therapeutic processes to assist patients in improving
their ability to perform tasks in daily living and working
environments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
develop interventions that improve patient outcomes. Maintain
patient records and document patient progress. Educate patients and
their families on strategies to manage their conditions and adjust
to life's tasks. Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices
and technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in creating and implementing tailored care plans
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams Strong
observational and analytical skills Medical Insurance Dental
