Implement therapeutic processes aimed at improving patients' abilities to handle daily tasks and enhance their quality of life. Monitor and document patient progress and adapt treatments as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care approach. Educate patients and their families about the therapy process and promote independent living skills.
