Job Description:

Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role involves integrating
advanced medical treatment with innovative research efforts to
enhance patient health outcomes. As a Registered Nurse at Carle
Health, you will be central to our mission of delivering
high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and progressive
environment. You will use your clinical expertise to provide
nursing care to patients across various units, assess patient
conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans and improve
patient results. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in
a variety of healthcare settings. Assess patient health problems
and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify
patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and
conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Proficient
in clinical skills with an ability to handle high-stress situations
Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work
effectively in a team In-depth knowledge of health and safety
guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and
willingness to follow them at all times Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse license in the state of practice BLS/CPR certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
