Job Description:
Carle Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our Cardiovascular Care Unit. In this role, you will
be responsible for providing top-notch direct and comprehensive
nursing care to patients with cardiovascular health conditions. The

Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients
in the cardiovascular unit. Monitor patient health and maintain
accurate records of the patients' treatment plans and progress.
Administer medications and collaborate with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical
procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens, including
self-care and preventative measures. Participate in research and
implement evidence-based practices to continually improve patient
outcomes. Act immediately and confidently during emergency
situations. Strong clinical skills in a cardiovascular care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
using healthcare software and electronic health records Ability to
work effectively in a stressful environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Registered Nurse (RN)
license BLS/ACLS certification CCRN certification preferred
