And we are **one team** - creating and delivering world-class components and solutions superior to the competition. **Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:** + Support 600 plus customersincluding manufacturingfacilities and distributions centers, both internal and external + Oversee systems access and usage both internally and externally + Liaison between customers and the MPN Network communicating information regarding parts availability and prioritization + Accountability for Managing Customer Orders + Duties includes the management of backorder escalations using existing technologies,Customer Support Analystfollow ups, andcustomercommunications + Positively influence the opportunity to achieve incremental sales with the assigned customer base by providing value added services to both internal and external customers + Proficient user of GlobalSupplyPlanning and Global Supply Order Handling + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations + Plans and directs theCustomer Support Analyststo satisfy customer needsand interfaces dailywiththeOperationsteam to efficiently move material through the Caterpillar network to the orderingcustomer + Leads team to continuously improveprocesses,systems andstandard work + Develops staff skills by focusing on evaluative / analytical thinkingandinnovativeapproachesto deliver results to ourcustomersand process partners that significantly impact material availability to our customers + Employee is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by Caterpillar management fromtime to time **Additional Information** + Relocationmay be offered to a top candidate. + Less than10% Travel Required **Basic** **Qualifications** + 1-2 years ofleadershipexperienceand ability to lead in an inclusive, team environment + 1-2years of applicable logistics or supply chain experience and strong understanding of companypolicies and procedures. + High skill level in using Microsoft 365 package to achieve work goals.Intermediate/advanced knowledge ofExcel is required. **Top Candidates Will Also Have** + Knowledge of 6 Sigma, CPS and/orLean + College degree or comparable job experience + Supply Chain or Logistics certifications (i.e.APICS, CPS, etc.). + Knowledge ofvarious systems includingMRC,Lognet,CPMPS,GT Nexus, etc. + Good interpersonal skills, solid and proven analytical and problems solving skills + Effective language and communication skills for location/region + Previous CaterpillarLogisticsexperience + Prior experience in aCustomerSupport role Caterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
