Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Associate Attorney Type Full-Time Job ID QIDC204083 San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an intellectual property and technology litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience in electrical engineering. The candidate will work directly with partners on patent infringement cases. Will draft and respond to motions. Prepare expert reports. Assist with taking and defending depositions. Conduct legal research. Prepare for and assist with jury trials. Should preferably have an electrical engineering, computer science, or chemical engineering background. Should be licensed to practice law in either California, Illinois, or Texas and be in good standing. Should also have Patent Bar admission or be Patent Bar eligible.
