Prior office experience with secretarial training required, with a preference for a minimum of 3 years legal, social service, or criminal justice experience. High school diploma required, with a preference for associates degree or higher or specific courses in secretarial skills, criminal justice, or social work. The position requires excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, a professional manner, and a willingness to learn. This is non-bargaining position with an excellent benefit package, including but not limited to, paid holidays, IMRF retirement and other benefits.
