KELLY is looking for experienced MAINTENTANCE MECHANICS in WEST LEBANON, IN!These are 2nd shift positions, and pay is based on experience, and can be temp to hire or possibly direct hire.--What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree is preferred
• Previous Industrial Maintenance experience.-- Preferably 5 years' experience or Technical School
• Problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work alone or as a team
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to read blue prints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams
• Assist in performing preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Be a self starter
