Bill of Material (BOM) Analyst Contractor - Long termEmail carl.barnard@navistar.com / 331-332-39702-4 years of experience using Excel, Access and performing Data Analysis. Schedule - M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm Education requirement: Associates Degree preferred, or 4 year degree Years of Experience: 2-4 years experience Preferred Certifications: Certifications in Information Technology a plus Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Design Validation (DV) Bill of Materials (BOM) for multiple programs
• Exam documents for content and completeness
• Provide detailed feedback to team for quality improvements
• Create DV Build Books from releases/data provided by engineering
• Extract large sets of data from several databases and import into Excel and/or Access for status reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, program teams build teams and system teams to ensure quality and accuracy for program launches Required Skills/Experience:
  • Proficient in the usage of Access Database
  • Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Excel (including the ability to write macros, run ad hoc queries, update complex formulas and create pivot tables)
  • Data Analysis capability with ability to problem solve and identify/resolve discrepancies within large data sets
  • Oral communication skills, including strong interviewing and listening skills
  • Spontaneous thinker
  • Organizational skills (detail oriented)
