Additional Duties:

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects and on-going processes within the Enterprise Sales Team; assemble and coordinate project team members associated with individual projects and identify resources and assign responsibilities.
  • Organize and manage all phases of the projects to ensure on-time completion.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients to the Product and Engineering teams on enterprise level initiatives.
  • Serving as an advocate for Enterprise clients, managing their expectations, and facilitating growth by adding SOWs and solutions.
  • Manage and report on project milestones at the different department levels, Sales, Product and Engineering.
  • Identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectives within client relationships.
  • Collaborates with appropriate groups across FirsTech to implement client solutions in support of One Busey and a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop highly effective sales proposals in response to client RFPs:
    • Create, format, and produce customized attachments, presentation materials, and follow-up information in responses
    • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to continually improve accuracy, impact, and relevancy of proposal content
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Account Management, Sales, Relationship Development, Product, and RFP Consultants) to source content and effectively translate information into highly effective proposalsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGKnowledge of:

          • Bachelor's degree required or a combination of PMP certification and progressively responsible experience that demonstrates growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.
          • Knowledge of the fintech industry and its key business functions required.
          • Experience excelling in a highly matrixed environment with ability to work across business lines and units a plus.
          • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.Standards of Performance:
