The Sales Manager is a high-impact leader responsible for driving
financial success by cultivating a high-performing sales team and
ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strategic
thinker who leads through proactive planning, expert coaching, and
the rigorous management of sales systems to deliver consistent,
exceptional results. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Leadership &
Strategic Growth Analyze Performance: Regularly review sales data
to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process
improvement. Objective Setting: Establish and communicate clear,
measurable objectives aligned with company financial goals. Budget
Management: Maintain sales wages and associated costs strictly
within the budgeted plan. Growth Metrics: Drive a [X]%
year-over-year increase in RE rates and achieve a [X]% reduction in
cancellation rates. 2. Team Development & Accountability
Performance Coaching: Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions to review
performance, provide constructive training, and set actionable
improvement plans. Skills Training: Lead initiatives to enhance
team competencies and ensure the sales force remains competitive.
Deliverables: Clearly outline expectations and ensure consistent
follow-through on both individual and team goals. 3. Talent
Management & Succession Planning Role Alignment: Evaluate team

right roles. Career Pathing: Identify high-potential employees and
develop tailored advancement plans to support company growth.
Mentorship: Act as a primary mentor for emerging leaders within the
organization. 4. Cultural Advocacy & Customer Standards Values
Leadership: Uphold and demonstrate company values in every decision
and interaction. Service Excellence: Monitor and maintain high
customer service standards within the sales department.
Relationship Building: Foster an inclusive, motivated environment
and build cross-functional relationships to strengthen company-wide
culture. 5. Operational Execution & System Management Proactive
Planning: Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans with
detailed timelines. Resource Management: Manage team schedules for
maximum efficiency and ensure the team has all necessary tools to
execute. System Integrity: Oversee the effective use of CRM and
dialing software, ensuring data accuracy for reliable reporting.
Policy Compliance: Monitor adherence to company policies and the
consistent implementation of the sales process. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
Expertise in managing sales and marketing software (CRM and dialing
systems). Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven
decision-making. Preferred: Knowledge of agronomics and
industry-specific sales experience is highly preferred but not
